Staff Accountant

• Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Analyze cash flow to assess liquidity and forecast future financial needs.
• Utilize various accounting platforms to manage client accounts and financial reporting.
• Participate in budgeting processes and provide insights for effective resource allocation.
• Perform account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records through standard bookkeeping practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial audits.
• Engage with clients and offer expert guidance, providing strategic insights and recommendations on their current and future financial performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with cash flow analysis techniques.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation.

• Degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
• 1-3 years experience in accounting.
• CPA preferred but not required.
