We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our Gynaecology Ambulatory Centre at Heatherwood Hospital.

This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive excellent care throughout their clinic journey while contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the service.

• Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support and care for patients during their appointments
• Ensuring clinics are fully prepared and organised to deliver safe and effective care
• Supporting the senior nursing team with the day‑to‑day coordination and running of clinics
• Working closely with medical staff to help ensure clinics run efficiently and on time
• Providing nursing care of gynaecological patients and working within a team/ward environment
• Identifying, planning, implementing and evaluating all care provided
• Working in other areas of Frimley Park Hospital Trust as required by Ward Sister or delegated deputy
• Commencing effective discharge planning to ensure appropriate use of hospital resources and improve patient flow
