Duty Manager

The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and safe experiences for all visitors to the Air Hop Adventure & Trampoline Park. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, addressing customer needs, and handling any incidents or emergencies promptly. Additional tasks include staff scheduling, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with the management team to ensure operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Camberley, requiring weekend and evening availability.

• Strong management and leadership skills, including team supervision and scheduling
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills to ensure a positive visitor experience
• Ability to enforce safety regulations, perform risk assessments, and handle emergencies
• Operational abilities such as inventory management and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role or a leisure/hospitality setting preferred
• Health and Safety certification is a plus
