Site Manager Landscaping

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Landscaper Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of landscaping projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating a team on site, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong leadership skills and a solid background in landscaping.

• Manage landscaping sites and supervise on-site teams
• Plan and organise daily works and labour requirements
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Monitor quality control and ensure high standards of workmanship
• Enforce health & safety procedures on site
• Track materials, plant, and site resources
• Report progress to senior management

• Previous site management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of health & safety
• Ability to read plans and manage site logistics
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
