The Assistant Manager role at ALDO is a full-time, on‑site position based in Houston, TX. The primary responsibilities include supporting the store management team in achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer service, and promoting a positive team atmosphere. Day‑to‑day tasks involve supervising and coaching sales associates, managing inventory, implementing visual merchandising standards, and resolving customer inquiries. The Assistant Manager also plays a key role in staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and assisting with training and development initiatives.

• Sales and retail operations experience, including inventory management and achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising and store layout management.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills to effectively manage day‑to‑day challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to a dynamic retail setting.
• Previous retail or management experience is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or a related field is an asset.
