Sales Advisor (Full‑time) – Baybrook Mall Grown Brilliance boutique

The ideal candidate creates positive, lasting customer interactions, builds brand loyalty, and thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, enhancing team and customer engagement, maintaining visual and operational standards, and contributing to overall store success. Duties may include opening and closing responsibilities and keyholder duties.

• Support sales initiatives and foster meaningful brand connections.
• Enhance team and customer engagement while maintaining visual and operational standards.
• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities and keyholder duties as needed.
• Leverage retail technologies such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Background in luxury retail or high‑touch client‑facing roles; proven experience selling products at a minimum price point of $1,000.
• Flexible availability: days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to remain active on the sales floor, standing, walking, using ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Sales performance: conversion rates, Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Order Value (AOV), and repeat clients.
• Customer retention: personalized experiences, networking, Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Task management: efficiency and reliability in completing tasks accurately and on time.

Hourly pay range: $16 / hour to $22 / hour. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
