Position Summary:

Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team. You will help keep shelves stocked and ensure the operations and sanitary conditions of freezers and coolers, so products remain ready for our members. In the deli department, you’ll be on the front lines of customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required documentation.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, delivering Deli products to Members, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler area including food handling policies, equipment sanitation, Cold Chain procedures, cleaning, and reporting issues to Management.
• Ensure high-quality products are available and properly displayed; maintain temperature control and monitor expiration dates; dispose of lesser-quality items; stock displays.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or work performed).
