Overview
A national upscale restaurant group is searching for a strong back-of-house leader in the Houston area. The Sous Chef should have a prior background in high-volume upscale dining and the ability to foster a climate of service and execution at a high level (leadership is #1). The company has a very structured and systems-driven culture and is looking for a leader who can hold a team accountable while creating a positive work climate.
100% scratch kitchen, excellent compensation, benefits, and culture with great growth potential (will open a minimum of 2 locations this year).
- Lead back-of-house operations as Sous Chef in a 100% scratch kitchen.
- Foster a climate of service and execution at a high level and maintain a structured, systems-driven culture.
- Hold team accountable while developing a positive work climate.
- Support growth initiatives, including opening a minimum of 2 new locations this year.
- Background in high-volume upscale dining.
- Strong leadership abilities and a track record of building accountable, high-performance teams.
Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 per year
