Jarvis Smart Homes is seeking a highly skilled Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Wi‑Fi and networking, home automation, A/V, home theater, security cameras, and alarm systems. While this position will be leading others, it is also expected that the role will include installation and programming.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installations and oversee low‑voltage technicians and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on‑site to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Manage inventory and ensure job site preparation and cleanup.
• Deliver a white‑glove customer service experience.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Handle programming, installation, orientation, and follow‑up service calls.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing others in a home automation and integrator environment.
• Competency in Wi‑Fi/networking, home automation, surround sound and AV, home theater, security cameras, and alarm systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
