Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Reimbursement Payer Configuration Specialist working from our Friendswood, TX office location, with a start date of February 9, 2026.

Configures and maintains insurance plan information within the Telcor billing system. The Payer Configuration Specialist is responsible for researching payer requirements and accurately setting up insurance plans within the billing system. This role ensures compliance with payer guidelines and supports clean claim submission by maintaining up-to-date payer information and maintaining the integrity of the insurance plans within the Telcor system.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field, required and/or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 3 years + experience in application configuration, business systems analysis, or workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of system configuration, business process automation and integration best practices.
- Working knowledge and experience researching insurance plan requirements for prior authorization, claims, and appeals.
- Moderate to advanced excel skills (Pivot tables; v-look up)
- Typing speed of 35 or more words per minute, with 90% or greater accuracy.
