Land Development Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Land Development Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in site civil and land development projects. The ideal candidate will hold an EIT certification (PE preferred) and be skilled in subdivision design, grading, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer projects.

Responsibilities:

• Review site development and subdivision plans (grading, drainage, utilities)

• Support permitting and inspections

• Coordinate with applicants

• Assist with platting, zoning, and subdivision regulations compliance

Qualifications:

• BS in Civil Engineering

• 3–5 years of land development/site design experience

• EIT required; PE in Texas preferred

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Knowledge of subdivision ordinances, drainage design, and municipal standards
