Construction Project Manager

We're a Commercial Construction Company based just south of Houston, TX with 30+ years of experience. We specialize in a variety of construction markets including Commercial, Retail, Restaurants, Industrial Warehouses, Aviation, Higher Education, and Medical / Healthcare projects throughout the greater Houston area.

Our team is actively looking to make long-term hires for two (2) Project Managers with a background in Medical/Healthcare related construction projects AND/OR Aviation construction projects to be based out of our HQ office.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $115,000 - $135,000

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in a construction related field
• 5-10+ years as a Project Manager working for a GC
• Medical / Healthcare project experience
• Aviation Project Experience
• OSHA 10 / 30 Certifications
• Strong knowledge of Procore & Various other software's such as Microsoft Project
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of the building process and industry as a whole
• Extensive experience with subcontractor management
• Ability to meet deadlines and proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
