This is an apprentice position and experience is not required, but it is a plus. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.

• Participate in a skills ladder training program that clearly defines career path, expectations, and raise potential.
• Interact with clients and other employees in a professional manner.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons and be willing to overtime as needed.

• 2 years experience in construction is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude

• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation is a huge plus, but not a requirement

Hourly Position ($15-$22) + overtime (Starting salary based on experience)

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver's license

The Brothers that just do Gutters are a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise. We repair, install, and maintain Seamless Gutters, Gutter Guard, Specialty Gutters and many other services. The Brothers currently have other franchise locations in NJ, VA, PA, WA, and FL.
