Who Are We? The Brothers that just do Gutters are a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise. We repair, install, and maintain seamless gutters, gutter guards, specialty gutters, and more. The Brothers currently have multiple locations across the United States. We are a performance-based company with clearly defined career paths for our employees. We do not do hard, pushy sales closes; instead, we educate clients, demonstrate the best solutions for their needs, and sell only what they require. Our current sales team each sells over 1 million dollars annually, providing a great salary and a balanced family life.

Basic Function

To sell The Brothers that just do Gutters services to generate quality for customers and profit for the company.

Sales and Estimating Responsibilities
  • Attend all estimates on time.
  • Price new opportunities within 48 hours of onsite visits using company production rates.
  • Return incoming calls professionally within 8 business hours.
  • Explain product differentiation to customers throughout the sales process, helping them understand what they are paying for and why our products are superior.
  • Effectively sell services by understanding customer needs and providing satisfying solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and crews by visiting completed jobs at least once.
  • Follow up consistently on all open bids to secure decisions.
  • Target and market to the most profitable jobs.
  • Maintain a closing/dollars sold percentage of at least 40%.
  • Develop prospecting plans to generate leads.
  • Participate in networking to establish business relationships and promote the company.
  • Relentlessly ask for referrals and seek new business outside regular marketing efforts.
  • Use the company CRM to organize workflow and processes.
  • Set and meet sales volume, closing rate, and profit goals.
  • Communication
  • Maintain regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel to develop effective growth methods.
  • Uphold the company's reputation by communicating professionally, being punctual, and returning calls promptly.
  • Ensure all job-related information is communicated to crew leaders (colors, scopes, scheduling, billing, etc.).
  • Stay informed of jobs and team status through positive communication with crew leaders and painters.
  • Communicate positively and respectfully with all employees.
  • Other Responsibilities

  • Attend all meetings punctually.
  • Work necessary hours to perform duties timely.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new systems to increase profitability and organization.
  • Help solve problems and implement solutions.
