Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Events Specialist will design, create, execute and measure effectiveness of engaging and innovative internal and external events, including local and global events.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of an impactful and engaging externals events to expand our brand presence and create new business opportunities, including experiential marketing initiatives, product demos, and on‑site customer educational events.
  • Drive and execute business‑wide internal events in partnership with the Senior Director of Internal Communications to energize teams and shape our Medevio culture.
  • Steward and train others on our Heraeus Medevio brand standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback and create tools for customer engagement to launch prior, during, and after events.
  • Create and manage vendor relationships for materials, media, and experiential work, both in the US and abroad.
  • Maintain Project Management and Vendor Management systems for events.
  • Other duties may be assigned, as required.
What is Required for this Role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or transferable degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of Event Management roles, with preference given to candidates with experience in trade shows.
  • Excellent attention to detail and process‑orientation, with an eye on ROI‑driven KPIs.
  • Flexible work style, ability to work autonomously – driving both strategic and tactical work.
  • Masterful capability collaborate and lead all levels of the organization through the event process.
  • Must be willing and able to travel (with some international travel) for events and trade shows up to 40%.

Medevio is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. The expected hiring range for this position is between $90,000 and $105,000 based upon a full‑time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity.

This position is bonus eligible, with a target bonus of 10% of base salary depending on company and individual performance. Our total compensation package includes eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement, paid parental leave and paid time off.
