Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, Client Relationship Manager, HelpDesk/Support
We are seeking a Full-Time Leasing / Rental Manager to join our team at our Fridley office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As the first point of contact for prospects and residents, you will play a key role in driving leasing success, supporting residents, and ensuring a smooth application and move-in process. What You’ll Do- Answer incoming calls from prospects, residents, vendors, and team members
- Respond to voicemails and emails, and greet guests professionally
- Assist prospective residents with apartment searches and availability
- Guide applicants through the leasing and screening process
- Prepare lease documents and manage move-in workflows
- Maintain accurate and timely resident files and documentation
- Enter and coordinate service requests, including urgent maintenance needs
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure resident satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with property managers, team members, and residents
- Perform general administrative and office tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (phone-based preferred)
- Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with Rent Manager or similar CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; college experience preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus

- Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Compensation starts at $20.00/hour based on experience.
