We are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for the Group Functions at the Flamatt, Aachen site as a IT Identity & Automation Engineer 80-100%.

In the Group Functions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow – in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

• Design, operate and secure enterprise identity systems (AD, Entra , MIM or equivalent)
• Implement and manage SSO and federation via SAML2, OAuth2, and SCIM/LDAP integrations
• Maintain and evolve the internal multi-tier certificate authority
• Automate identity and infrastructure operations through Power Shell scripting
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across IT infrastructure processes

• Deep expertise in Active Directory, Azure Entra , and identity governance
• Strong knowledge of authentication and federation protocols (SAML2, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
• Hands-on experience with SCIM, LDAP, and identity lifecycle automation
• Proven Power Shell scripting and automation skills
• Security-first mindset, attention to detail, structured documentation skills, and strong stakeholder communication
• English proficiency required; solid German skills are an advantage
