- 8:6 FIFO roster at Owner Operator Gruyere Processing Plant
- Drive daily operational excellence and delivery of our shutdowns

As the Process Coordinator Shutdowns, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence while providing strategic oversight and coordination of shutdown activities within the processing plant. You will lead the Process Supervisors (Shutdowns), foster a culture of safety and accountability, and take end‑to‑end ownership of process shutdown integration with maintenance planning ensuring the execution of safe and efficient planned shutdowns.
This role is offered on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.
How will you add value?- Coordinate the Processing Department shutdown activities to ensure complete integration with Maintenance plans enabling the execution of safe and efficient routine planned shutdowns.
- Formulate a logical, staged shutdown isolation sequence that ensures all equipment is isolated, de‑energised, and verified in a zero‑energy state before maintenance commences, using validated Lockout/Tagout and permit‑to‑work systems.
- Continuously update and improve the Isolation Permits, checklists, and associated training material.
- Actively mentor and coach production personnel to improve overall shutdown process safety and efficiency and facilitate the revision and improvement of plant training material relating to the shutdown process.

- Previous leadership experience in a mineral processing environment.
- Statutory 26 Supervisor Certificate.
- Contract management experience.
- Working knowledge of maintenance planning and or scheduling.
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate, support and develop your team.
- A genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, SAP/AMT experience highly regarded.
- A current WA Driver’s Licence.
