TRM 2nd Level Support Specialist

Full‑time

Job Description
  • 2nd Level Customer Support:
    Proactive and high‑quality assistance for our customers with all products via phone and on‑site
  • 2nd Level Ticket Management using various tools (phone, email, video conference, etc.)
  • Installations and repairs of products at the customer’s location
  • Customer consultations
  • Direct and active collaboration and support for other teams within the department
  • Various administrative tasks (mail, parcel shipping, inbox processing, etc.)
  • Special mandates related to the company’s general activities
  • Saturday on‑call duty
Qualifications
  • Completed technical training or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent working style and strong customer orientation
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Languages:

    German: very good / English: good / Any other language is an advantage
