Le poste nécessite une bonne condition physique et une première expérience en chantiers. Le candidat devra également faciliter le travail des coffreurs en s'assurant de respecter les consignes de sécurité. Il est nécessaire d'attacher de l'importance à l'esprit d'équipe et à la responsabilité.
