• Handle administrative tasks independently across various departments.
• Support clients and stakeholders with internal and external requests.
• Draft texts in French and foreign languages using templates.
• Independent execution of administrative and organizational tasks.
• Advice, support, and execution of mandates for internal and external clients, suppliers, and other interest groups.
• Handling of service-specific files.
• Writing texts in French and foreign languages based on templates.
• Applying the professional knowledge acquired.

• Completed secondary education with good to very good results.
• Strong communication skills in your national language and ability to write texts in French and foreign languages using templates.
• Interest in learning and deepening foreign languages such as English and/or German.
• Good understanding of modern communication and information technologies and channels.

The workplace is Fribourg.
