Pay Range: $17.25 - 19.50

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
The House Manager may be responsible for, but not limited to, the following essential duties:
- Maintain positive communications and relationships with his/her supervisor, other staff members, and the clients we serve.
- Maintain documentation relevant to the program(s)
- Provide oversight of direct care staff in the assigned home(s) to ensure good quality of care to clients.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive living environment for the assigned clients.
- Be involved in personnel issues concerning direct care staff such as disciplinary action, reviews, training, etc.
- Provide direct service at least 70% of logged time.
- Responsible for maintaining supplies in the home (groceries, safety equipment, forms, etc.)
- Carry the On-Call pager as needed.
- Provide direct service as needed and required.
- Transport clients to appointments, community activities, or other locations as needed, ensuring safety and timeliness during travel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or its equivalent
- Must have six months experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or two semesters of training in a related field.
- Ability to follow instructions is critical to this position.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and manage time is also an essential component of this position.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate and maintain professional boundaries as custodian of confidential information.
- Certification in an approved First-Aid and CPR class; or successfully complete an approved First-Aid and CPR class within 45 days of the date of hire.
- Insured, registered vehicle in safe working condition, and proof of current driver's license.
- Adjoin's client case management platform requires employees to utilize a mobile smart device (i.e. cellphone/tablet) with reliable internet connectivity and data to complete certain essential job tasks. This position requires the employee to have a mobile smart device available to perform certain required essential functions, for which reasonable reimbursement is provided to the employee.
- Ability to travel within and throughout the counties in which services are provided a minimum of 75% of the time.
- Ability to travel in and throughout the state on a quarterly basis to attend meetings, trainings, etc.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physical evaluations may be required dependent upon specific assigned duties or compliance requirements and may include a TB test and/or a lift and transfer test.
- Acceptable DMV record.
