Transmission Technician
experienced, Ford-certified Transmission Technician to join our high-volume, well-equipped service department. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional looking for steady work, strong compensation, and long-term career growth with one of the largest automotive groups in the country.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair Ford automatic and manual transmission systems
- Perform transmission rebuilds, replacements, and warranty repairs
- Accurately document repairs and diagnostics in accordance with Ford and dealership standards
- Utilize Ford diagnostic tools and service information
- Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality workmanship
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Current Ford certification in Transmission Repair (required)
- Minimum 3–5 years of transmission repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform heavy mechanical repairs
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- ASE certifications a plus

This is a flat rate position that is eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.
