We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality service, maintenance, and repairs for residential customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll represent Lee’s in the field and play a key role in building long-term customer relationships.

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, solutions, and recommendations

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections

• Complete work accurately and efficiently while following safety standards

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment

• Collaborate with dispatch, teammates, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction

• Uphold Lee’s values when interacting with customers, co-workers, and the community

• Experience as a residential service technician (HVAC)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• A positive, team-first attitude

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Required certifications or licenses (or willingness to obtain them)
