Shop Technician – Fresno, CA
Salary: $35–$45 per hour (depending on experience)

Technicians perform service maintenance and quality repairs on CASE construction machinery and related equipment in shop and/or field environments.
Responsibilities- Routine maintenance and quality repairs on construction machinery and related equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Perform structural repairs, including welding, following OEM guidelines.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is returned to optimal working condition.
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Follow OEM procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed.
- Operate hand, pneumatic, and electric tools safely and effectively.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience repairing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting equipment (construction or heavy machinery preferred).
- Proven experience with construction equipment.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Skilled in using hand, pneumatic, and electric tools safely.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Compliance with all auto and equipment safety rules and operation of vehicles within prescribed limits and weather conditions.
- Willingness to work in both shop and field environments as needed.
