Position: Game Day Staff - Security
Description

Description of Duties:

Observes and reports activities and incidents at their assigned position.
Provide Fan security and safety in their assigned area.
Preserves order and may act to enforce policies and fan code of conduct.
Checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations and blocked entrances and exits.
In the event of an incident, protects scene of incident and protects evidence in incident area.
Responds to emergency situations, crowd control medical emergencies & hazardous materials.
Diffuse all fan confrontations.
Employee may be required to aid in ejections and escorts of unruly guests off premises. (Guard Card only)
Check every bag that enters the stadium. (Trained personnel only)
Confiscate any and all items that are listed in the Prohibited Items list.
Ensure that no alcohol is exiting the stadium.
Supervisors may assign you to other duties at any time.

Requirements

Certifications:

Conditional offers may be made with the understanding that applicants will obtain a California Guard Card no later than their orientation date.

Working Conditions:

Employee will be regularly required to stand and walk.
Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lb. as needed.
Must be prepared to work early mornings, long days and late nights.
Employee must have an email address and the ability to regularly access it.
Employee must be punctual.
Employee must follow all company standards and policies.
Employee will be required to work outdoors in warm weather.
