Security Officer Flex Patrol Driver - Retail

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail environment.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, entrances, exits, receiving areas, parking lots, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor customer and associate activity for potential theft-related behaviors, policy violations, and other concerning situations, and report observations per site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with management and/or law enforcement as directed.;
Complete required reports, incident documentation, and shift logs, and communicate key information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
