What You’ll Do
You will serve as a key driver of commercial momentum by initiating outreach, qualifying accounts, and ensuring opportunities stay active and progressing.
Responsibilities- Researching and building detailed prospect profiles within target accounts
- Identifying and reaching decision makers in complex organizations
- Conducting cold outreach by phone and email to initiate conversations
- Securing meetings and coordinating multi-stakeholder discussions for Account Managers
- Maintaining disciplined CRM documentation in Hub Spot
- Monitoring follow‑ups and next steps to prevent stalled opportunities
- Supporting onboarding touchpoints and ongoing engagement coordination
- Contributing to outreach workflows and engagement process improvements
This role partners closely with Account Managers and Customer Experience to create visibility, accountability, and consistent movement across the customer journey.
Who You AreYou may be a strong fit if you:
- Have experience in inside sales or outbound prospecting
- Are comfortable picking up the phone and initiating conversations
- Know how to work through gatekeepers professionally and confidently
- Can quickly gather meaningful information from limited data
- Balance relationship‑building with disciplined documentation
- Follow through without reminders
- Take pride in persistence and professionalism
- 1–3+ years of inside sales, outbound prospecting, appointment setting, or account development experience
- Experience conducting cold calls and qualifying leads
- CRM proficiency required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously
- Agriculture or agribusiness exposure
- Hub Spot CRM experience
- Experience supporting field‑based sales teams
- Interest in workflow development and sales process optimization
- High‑visibility role with measurable influence on pipeline growth and opportunity progression
- Direct collaboration with Account Managers and commercial leadership
- A performance‑oriented culture that values accountability, precision, and long‑term growth
