*** EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER

** Job Requirements
*** Must
** make outbound calls daily
** and set appointments.
* Must
** speak to customers daily
** and get involved in transactions by closing deals.
* Must manage and train Sales Team on sales processes and procedures.
* 3-5 yrs. experience as a dealership Sales Manager,
** REQUIRED.
*** Hyundai brand experience
** PREFERRED, but not required.
*** Must be proactive and a high performer.

* The California pay range for this position is $- annually.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
