What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with agricultural and industrial dealers in CA, UT, NV, and AZ
  • Implement marketing strategies, including field demonstrations, to promote products
  • Conduct market analysis and drive product development based on demand
  • Provide onsite training for dealers and customers regarding technical and operational aspects
  • Manage sales territory effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience in farm and/or agricultural equipment
  • Post‑secondary education, preferably in business or a mechanical trade
  • 3‑5 years of territory management experience in the agricultural equipment industry
