Parking Attendant Job Fresno area,California USA,Retail

Description of Duties:

Greet parking patrons with friendly and positive attitude.
Assist parking patrons with any issues encountered during their parking experience.
Assist with parking patrons' payments and traffic flow.
Monitor parking lot activities at all times to ensure proper security and report any problems to management immediately.
Have constant vigilance for car break-ins, etc.
Keep parking lot clean and vagrant-free.

Working Conditions:

Employee will be regularly required to stand and walk.
Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lb. as needed.
Must be prepared to work early mornings, long days and late nights.
Employee must have and email address and the ability to regularly access it.
Employee must be punctual.
Employee must follow all company standards and policies.
Employee will be required to work outdoors in warm weather.
