While the last several years have seen Jetty grow exponentially, we continue to be committed to craft, working with small farmers, producing the cleanest and tastiest products, and contributing to our communities. As we do so, we continue to support the “Shelter Project”, the company’s in-house compassion program that has been providing free cannabis oil to cancer patients since 2014.

Role: Part Time Brand Ambassador

Reports to: Jess Hamilton

Compensation Range: $23 to $24 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales and Marketing teams in the field through top-level implementation of retail events, staff/product training and visual/digital marketing efforts.
• Represent the company and Jetty Extracts brand in a positive and professional manner at all retail events, outside events and on social media
• Represent Jetty Extracts professionally at retail events, external activations, and on social media
• Communicate brand history, product benefits, and key messaging to dispensary staff, partners, and consumers
• Activate and maintain retail accounts through trainings, merchandising, events, and promotions
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify account needs, inventory gaps, and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and dispensary partners
• Track and report weekly activity (displays, trainings, events) using CRM tools

Skills and Experience:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sales skills including active listening, objection handling, and negotiation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• 2+ years of experience in events, retail, customer service, or related field
• Passion for the cannabis industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
