We are seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join the team at our restaurant. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting cooked meats to order to the high standards set forth by the company. Meat-market style. The Meat Cutter’s goal is to drive sales within the company, minimize line wait times, and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities- Cut and trim meat using knives to order
- Presentation is everything, meats must be plated according to company standards
- Receive and inspect meats on the block and provide any necessary feedback to the cooks
- Follow high standards of sanitation and quality control
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED required
- Experience with BBQ meats
- Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 30lbs
