• Oversee all store operations across Produce, Bakery, Deli, Meat, Dairy, Frozen Foods, Vitamins, Beer & Wine, Bulk Foods and all other areas.
• Maintain profitability, control P/L, manage inventory, merchandising, sales promotion execution, and store merchandising.
• Hire, train, develop, schedule, coach and, when necessary, terminate staff. Conduct performance appraisals and provide continuous feedback.
• Address employee issues, departmental manager relations, customer complaints, community relations, and compliance with store policies.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met, including checks on dates, expired food removal, and Food Safety certification compliance.
• Respond to emergencies, crises, and incidents, writing incident reports as required by company procedures.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and supervise merchandise displays and advertising copy.

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Degree in business, management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, liberal arts, or related field preferred.
• Dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and store assignment changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to give direction in a team environment.
• Outgoing, friendly, positive attitude and engaging interaction with customers.
• Leadership ability to build, motivate, and maintain staff, with knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers and financial goals.
• Strong focus on detail, analytical, problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organization and planning skills; able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to lift moderately heavy loads up to 75 lbs., bend, reach, kneel, squat and stand for long periods.
• Food Safety certification and compliance with all OSHA and other regulations.

$86,958.21 – $ per year. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
