Purpose At AshleyAs a Sales Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for store guests, guiding them through our product offerings and creating excitement around Ashley’s products.
What You’ll Do- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming, professional presence.
- Accurately process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols and completing required documentation.
- Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters.
- Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
- Support store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
- Help manage inventory and participate in bi-annual inventory checks.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, aligning with KPI’s and performance standards.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (preferred).
- Outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to; energized by interacting with others.
- Ability to inspire action and share fresh ideas.
- Flexible to work hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in motivating customers.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

During the first two weeks of training you will be paid at $16.90 per hour. After training your hourly rate remains the same and you become eligible for bi-weekly and monthly incentives plus a quarterly written sales bonus ranging from $0 to $3,500.
