As a Sales Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for store guests, guiding them through our product offerings and creating excitement around Ashley’s products.

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming, professional presence.
• Accurately process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols and completing required documentation.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Support store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Help manage inventory and participate in bi-annual inventory checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligning with KPI’s and performance standards.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (preferred).
• Outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to; energized by interacting with others.
• Ability to inspire action and share fresh ideas.
• Flexible to work hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills in motivating customers.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

During the first two weeks of training you will be paid at $16.90 per hour. After training your hourly rate remains the same and you become eligible for bi-weekly and monthly incentives plus a quarterly written sales bonus ranging from $0 to $3,500.
