Join our team at a leading telecommunications retail store. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a dynamic sales environment.
Starting pay range with bonus: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour.
As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them on the sales floor, encouraging success and learning opportunities, and analyzing performance.
Responsibilities- Management experience or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
- Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
- Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and/or move 20 lbs.
