Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Customer Service Rep
Description Responsibilities
Our team members will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, processing orders, maintaining your special order inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized counter area. Other responsibilities will include stocking shelves, organizing inventory bins, labeling inventory and perpetual inventory counting. All employees will assist with client's order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of products. Candidates will need to familiarize themselves with the products and brands we carry to better help guests who are looking for specific products (Example: Can-Am, Kawasaki, Husqvarna, Polaris, Honda, Yamaha, CF-Moto, Suzuki, etc.).
The days of operation for the position are Tuesday-Saturday.
The approximate pay range for this position is $16.50-$25.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position.

Must be able to do Retail math skills such as calculating prices, discounts, and totals. Candidates must have attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Our employees contain an attitude of humbleness, intelligence, and passion for our culture. Although it is not required, being bilingual is a highly preferred skill at this time for this position.
