A recently opened private dining and social Club seeks an experienced Executive Chef to drive culinary and operational excellence resulting in exceptional member experiences across all Food and Beverage outlets, including private events. The ideal candidate possesses an impeccable work ethic and reputation, exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities, strong communication, boundless creativity and a keen eye for quality and detail. (California residents strongly preferred).
Requirements- 5-10 years’ work experience as an Executive Club Chef or similar role in luxury/ultra-fine dining environments
- Professional culinary school training
- Modern food and wine knowledge with versatile skills for creating unique dining experiences with a variety of cuisines
- Track record for excellent leadership and fiscal responsibility
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
