Service Assistant - Denny's - Fresno, CA

Job Overview

Service Assistant for Denny's Fresno location. Hourly $16.50–$17.00. Full‑time. Reports to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager.

• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness, including bussing tables, cleaning spills, and restocking supplies.
• Check restrooms and hand‑washing stations every half hour for cleanliness and supplies.
• Keep parking lot and exterior free of debris and maintain curb appeal.
• Inspect dish machine and maintain proper chemical levels; wash and replenish dishware.
• Address guest complaints promptly and notify supervisor of issues.
• Assist with stocking deliveries, rotate perishable stock, and perform side work and deep cleaning duties.
• Adhere to Denny’s Brand Standards and internal policies.
• Provide courteous service to guests and team members.
