• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish and kitchen areas
• Support kitchen team with cleaning and restocking as needed
• Busser
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist servers with guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
• Prep Cook
• Prepare ingredients according to prep lists and recipes
• Maintain clean and organized prep areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with basic cooking tasks as needed

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs (role dependent)
• Food Handler Card required (or willingness to obtain)
