Join Our Team as a Hospice Nurse Practitioner Make a Difference in Patients' Final Days We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Nurse Practitioner with pediatric hospice experience to join our team on a part-time travel basis. This critical role offers the opportunity to provide expert end-of-life care, ensuring comfort and dignity for patients and their families. You will play a vital role in delivering personalized hospice services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and making a meaningful impact every day.

Required Skills:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license with pediatric hospice experience Proven experience in hospice or palliative care settings Strong clinical assessment and evaluation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage travel between patient sites Familiarity with Medicare recertification processes and face-to-face evaluations Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience working in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and care facilities Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems Certifications such as BLS or ACLS Ability to educate and mentor clinical team members Preferred

Education and Experience:

Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) At least 2 years of hospice, palliative, or pediatric nursing experience Prior travel healthcare experience is a plus Other Requirements:
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel locally to patient sites Flexibility for part-time schedule, 1 2 days per week No evening or weekend shifts; day shifts only (Monday Friday) Willingness to participate in the Zoom interview process for further details This is an excellent opportunity for skilled nurses seeking flexible hours and the chance to provide compassionate care in a meaningful setting.
