DescriptionInspire Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time outpatient Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to partner with an enthusiastic team in the Trauma (TSS)/Acute Care Surgical (ACS) and Elective Surgical Services (ESS) Division that serves the growing population of Fresno, CA at United Health Centers.
The PA or NP will work in the outpatient surgical clinic at United Health Centers, providing care for patients in both pre- and post-operative settings. Responsibilities include performing post-operative assessments for trauma and emergency general surgery patients, as well as supporting the elective surgery service by facilitating outpatient surgical consultations and pre-operative evaluations. Procedures performed include excision of small cutaneous lesions, wound management, and other minor surgical interventions.
Additionally, one half-day per week will be dedicated to trauma navigation duties, assisting patients with complex injuries by coordinating necessary follow-up care.
- Four weekday clinic shifts per week

The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation may be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors. Actual compensation may also vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, and/or productivity.
Requirements- Current or Eligibility to obtain a California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License
- Graduate of ARC-PA Accredited Physician Assistant Program is required
- Certified or in process NCCPA Certification
