DaVita is seeking a Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. Some details about this position :

• No Dialysis experience is required.

Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.

• Float to various clinics during and after your training

You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you can expect :

• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an outpatient setting.
• Be part of a supportive team in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring unique treatment plans, leveraging a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
• Oversee a group of patients with support from PCTs, conducting patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup.
• Work in a fast-paced environment using your head, heart, and hands.

Requirements :

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school required; B.S.N or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may be substituted.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certifications such as CNN or CDN are a plus but not mandatory.

Salary / Wage Range: $42.00 - $58.00 per hour.
