Join the neonatal care team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) at Medfamily Wellcare Center, providing advanced, compassionate care across Level III and Level IV NICUs in California’s Central Valley.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Serve a defined patient population as an expert clinician, educator, and advocate, collaborating with neonatologists and following established protocols.
- Support primarily the Level III NICU, with rotations through a Level IV NICU and other regional facilities.
- Work within a large perinatal network, delivering care to high‑risk and critically ill newborns with access to pediatric subspecialists.
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years NICU experience or recent graduates, with required certifications and licensure.
- Schedule includes 24‑hour shifts with rotating coverage, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
