This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fresno for a Bilingual Account Executive. The Account Executive will identify and develop business opportunities, manage and grow client relationships, and craft tailored marketing solutions to meet client goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new potential advertisers, preparing presentations and proposals, managing advertising campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires bilingual proficiency and a deep understanding of culturally relevant media to engage effectively with clients and partners.

• Proven skills in client relationship management, business development, and account management.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, campaign management, and strategic planning.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proficient in time management, problem-solving, and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with the Latino community’s cultural, social, and market trends is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus.
