Warehouse LTO | Fresno, CA | Now Hiring

• $24.74 per hour

• 12AM-8:30AM

• (928-NOVOLEX)

• Assemble, load, and/or unload materials to designated area using appropriate equipment including forklift, clamp lift, barcode readers and safety equipment
• Receive and understand material movement orders
• Operate forklift to transport product to loading areas such as shuttles, or to a warehouse area
• Loads trucks from other plants and vendors
• Fill forklift propane tank at the end of each shift
• Cycle counting support
• Physical inventory support (non-poly and finished goods)
• Recycle support
• Repack boxes, stencil/re-label boxes, stretch wrap product, hand stack product
• Charge forklift periodically throughout shift in designated charging stations
• Keep work area clean of debris
• Monitor and record all products and supplies received

• High School diploma or GED equivalence
• Must have proven experience working in a fast‑paced Warehouse/Logistics environment
• Sit‑down forklift truck experience
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Push‑pull attachment operation a plus
• Minimum of 1‑year recent forklift experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Must successfully complete forklift certification program; complete certification manual within 90 days of placement
• Basic knowledge of mathematics
• Must have the basic ability to communicate, orally and in writing, in the English language
• Must be self‑directed and have the ability to work with little supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively with little to no supervision
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to be detail‑oriented
• Positive work attitude and willingness to cooperate
