Loader - Belgravia - Dept - Swing

Overview

Shift: 2pm-10pm + OT. (Additional $0.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

Pay Rate: $17.40 per hour

• Responsible for palletizing cases of chicken products and loading the pallets into trailers
• Product is sorted by code, pre-price, and master order number
• Verification of quantity and product code is performed by using a scanning gun held over the product code on each box
• Help maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements

• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others
• Read and write numbers; math skills, ability to identify problems with labels, scan guns, rider pallet jacks, and forklifts
• Able to work in 28ºF cold environment
• Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods (8-10 hours) on a concrete/metal grate floor
• Must be able to demonstrate computer knowledge to deal with incoming and outgoing trucks
• Must be able to lift 65+ lbs
• Maintain management standards
