Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour
(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)
Essential Job Functions:
- Cuts chicken parts on a handsaw according to the production orders.
- Responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the saw including knowing the settings, and notifying personnel if maintenance is needed.
- Grades, bulks and packs chicken parts into cases.
- Responsible for hosing off and spraying down the work area periodically.
Additional Functions:
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor
- Must be able to use small machine parts
- Able to visually inspect product
- Repetitive grasping, bending, reaching and lifting of packages of product (4-10 lbs) required.
