We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team. Under general supervision, you will perform physical, microbiological, and chemical analyses of alcoholic beverages, grapes, grape products, water, incoming materials, and other related substances. Your work will be integral to quality control, winemaking, and environmental monitoring, directly supporting the production and evaluation of our winery products and processes.

• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing on beverages, grapes, grape products, water, and other production materials.
• Assist in quality control and winemaking operations through precise laboratory analysis.
• Perform environmental monitoring to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Evaluate and test incoming materials and winery processes as part of the quality assurance program.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in a laboratory setting (food/beverage or environmental lab preferred).
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or a related field preferred.
