Job Description

Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00 pm and 11:59 pm, and an additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00 am and 4:59 am.

Essential Job Functions

• Remove and stack product from packing lines or cone lines and stage in cooler or designated area.
• Dumping and stacking tubs/cases in the Ground Chicken area.
• Ensure all pallets, tubs, and bins are properly labeled for identification.
• Maintain clean floors by wiping condensation, picking up floor waste, and managing weight and adding denature as needed.
• Clean filters in tub wash machine and load/unload tubs and lids into and from the machine.
• Palletize clean tubs and lids with proper identification.
• Fill out appropriate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods (8+ hours) on a concrete or metal grate floor.
• Repetitive grasping, pushing, and pulling motions, and lifting over 80 lbs.
• Able to work in a cold, warm, or wet environment.
• Must be able to use and control a high‑pressure hose.
• Capable of working around moving equipment.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.
